Self Check Presentation Goals and Objectives

Good afternoon Everyone,
John has given me a list of issues that we should focus on in regards to creating the self-check/mobilecirc  presentation.

• Detail what hardware and software is optimal.
• Describe what physical layout and adjacencies of staff, hardware, service desk, etc. is preferred.
• Determine what staff/manager training is necessary.
• Include a set of management procedures for optimizing self-check usage.
• Include best practices for using MobileCirc
• Include a Summary of “Best Practices” and “Lessons Learned” for Implementing Self-Check & MobileCirc.

Additionally, others on the SIT team should be working to identify those locations that should be, or can be made ready to implement this plan, and proposing a schedule to make them ready, as well as providing a budget forecast for implementation.
